Screenshot category MBL

Hey

I wonder if it would be good idea adding a screenshot category to the MBL when adding a ban (like the put in video url section). Maybe would be easier to add and view instead of puttin a screenshot link into other section like public note.

Also would be good if we had a section in the MBL approval where to show the reason for example hacked mag, Speedhack ecc (maybe next to category).
